By using our service, you agree that your items are suitable to be washed in water on a normal cycle and dried using heat in a tumble dryer. We cannot be responsible for any damage to clothing or items that are not suitable for this standard laundering process.

We reserve the right to refuse service on items we feel will be hazardous to our staff — for example, items heavily soiled with human or animal waste. This is to protect the health and safety of our team.

Please do not include dry-clean only items or items otherwise unsuitable for common washing and drying techniques. We do not individually examine every garment before placing it in the wash.

We will do everything we can to care for your laundry. However, there are limitations to what we can be held responsible for:

• Pocket contents: We do not check pockets before washing. We cannot be held responsible if something left in your laundry — such as lipstick, chewing gum, a pen, or any other item — causes damage to your clothes or other customers' items.
• Left valuables: If you contact us about a valuable item left in your laundry, we will make every effort to locate it, but we cannot guarantee it will be found or returned.
• Normal wear and tear: All laundering processes cause normal wear and tear on clothing. We cannot be responsible for loss of buttons, fading, fabric fatigue, holes, or abrasions.
• Color bleeding: We wash items together as standard procedure. We cannot be held responsible for color transfer (bleeding) between items.
• Shrinking or stretching: We cannot be responsible for dimensional changes to clothing, including shrinking or stretching.

We reserve the right to decline cleaning any particular item if we believe it will be damaged by or cause damage during our standard process.

We wash all items together as our standard procedure. However, if you would like your laundry run as two separate loads, you can divide your items into two clearly labeled bags before drop-off or pickup.

Separate bags will be treated as separate orders and charged accordingly. We do not separate clothing according to verbal or written instruction — the responsibility for separating loads rests with you. Please ensure each bag contains only what you want washed together.

We reserve the right to refuse service on any item at our discretion. This includes but is not limited to:

• Items that are dry-clean only or labeled as unsuitable for machine washing
• Items heavily soiled with hazardous materials, human or animal waste
• Items we reasonably believe will cause damage to our machines or other customers' laundry
• Items we believe will be damaged by our standard laundering process
